Refund Policy

Little Kids Games sells digital products exclusively: printable coloring books, downloadable PDF activity books, and instant digital downloads for kids. No physical products are shipped. After completing payment, you will receive an immediate download link at the email address used for the purchase.

Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com), our Merchant of Record. Under Lemon Squeezy's policy, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Because digital files cannot be physically returned, refunds are reviewed case by case and granted primarily in the situations described in the sections below.

If the downloaded file is corrupted, the download link does not work, or the PDF cannot be opened properly, please email us at [email protected] with the following details:

• Email used for the purchase
• Order identifier (received by email)
• Brief description of the problem

We will do our best to resolve it quickly by resending the file or issuing a refund if we cannot fix the issue.

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us within 30 days with the identifiers of both orders. We will process a full refund for the duplicate purchase.
