From age 3. It is played by tapping: one tap puts an item on, another tap takes it off, with no dragging.

No. The game opens in the browser, it is free and it asks for no sign-up and no data.
Can it be used in class?
Yes. Each scene sets up a situation — the beach, the snow, school, dressing up — and the child decides what to wear, which is the usual content of the clothing unit. Every item also shows its written name in the chosen language.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. On a phone held upright the character stays fixed at the top and the wardrobe sits below, so you never lose sight of what you are dressing.
