Little Kids Games (littlekidsgames.com) is an educational gaming platform for children (coloring, mazes, and puzzles). Online game access is free; we additionally offer digital books and coloring packs (PDF) for download. We do not collect personal information from children during gameplay. Data collection only occurs if an adult voluntarily subscribes to our newsletter or makes a purchase of digital products.

We only collect:

• Email address — only when an adult voluntarily subscribes to the newsletter from the home page. Children under 13 should not subscribe without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian.
• Language preference — stored in a technical cookie to remember the selected language between visits. Does not contain personally identifiable information.

We do not collect: name, address, phone, date of birth, or any other personal data during gameplay.

The email address collected through the newsletter is used exclusively to:

• Send periodic updates about new games and content.

We do not share personally identifiable data with third parties for commercial purposes outside the service. We use analytics services (Google Analytics 4 and, with your consent, Microsoft Clarity) that process traffic data in aggregated and anonymous form, without identifying individual users. Google AdSense's advertising cookies operate in kids-directed treatment mode (no personalized advertising) in accordance with Google's policy.

This site is designed to be safe for children. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) of the United States, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union, and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) of Brazil.

• We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable consent from their parents or guardians.
• We do not show personalized advertising to children under 13 (AdSense operates in kids-directed mode).

When an adult makes a purchase of digital products (books or PDF packs), payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com), our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy acts as the legal seller and collects the data necessary for the transaction (name, email, billing address, payment data) under their own Privacy Policy.

Little Kids Games does not store credit card data or banking information. From Lemon Squeezy we only receive: payment status, buyer's email address (to send the product download link), and transaction identifier. This data is retained for accounting/tax purposes for the applicable legal period.

We retain newsletter email addresses while the subscription is active. After an unsubscribe or deletion request, the data is permanently deleted within a maximum of 30 days. Purchase-related data is retained according to applicable legal obligations.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) to protect all data transmitted through the site. Access to stored data is restricted to authorized personnel only. In case of a security breach that compromises personal data, we will notify those affected within 72 hours of detection.

Depending on your location, you (or the minor's parent/guardian) have the right to:
