An object that folds and unfolds to change shape is called an articulated mechanism, and it is not just fiction: fighter jet wings fold to fit on aircraft carriers, and satellite arms only open once they reach space. This robot is caught halfway: the lower half is still a sports car with its wheels on the ground, while the torso, head and one arm have already unfolded upwards, the doors open like wings. Color the bodywork bright red or blue, the mechanical parts silver-grey and the windows light blue.
