The baby T-Rex trots behind a much larger dinosaur, its legs still unsteady on the uneven ground. Its head looks too big for the rest of its body, and it swings it side to side whenever something catches its attention. It sniffs at some low plants, gets distracted by a leaf blown along by the wind, and dashes clumsily after it until it disappears from view. It trips over a root, tumbles sideways, and gets right back up as if nothing happened. By the end of the day it curls up among a patch of ferns, tail tucked close to its body, and stays still as the noise of the forest slowly fades. For this coloring page, try softer shades for the skin than you would use on an adult dinosaur, and give color to the ferns around it.
