Games for 4 to 5 Year Olds

Thirteen games, the largest group on the site. Almost all of them have levels, so the difficulty can go up without switching games.

The group where most games have levels

Puzzles can be played at 9 or 16 pieces. Mazes have three difficulties. Connect the dots ranges from drawings with few dots to drawings with many. That is why these thirteen sit together: the same game lasts a good while before it runs short.

It is also where the first two-step instructions show up: matching means looking at one picture and then finding the one that goes with it; dressing up means seeing the place and then picking the clothes. The games in the previous group were solved with a single tap.

If it is the first day on the site

  • Puzzles at 9 pieces, moving up to 16 once they can finish one on their own.
  • Mazes on easy before going to the middle level.
  • Find the shapes, which has no levels and explains itself.

Frequently asked questions

How many games are there for this age?

Thirteen of the twenty-four on the site. The rest either need reading or use a simpler interaction.

What if they are too easy?

Almost all have a level above inside the same game. If it still runs short, there is the 6 to 8 group.

Do they need to read?

No. All thirteen are played by looking and listening; the ones with letters work with sound, not reading.
