A soccer player covers between nine and twelve kilometres during a match, mostly walking or jogging, with only a few hundred metres at full sprint. That is why coaches talk so much about stamina: the hard part is not running fast once, but being able to do it again in the eightieth minute. On this page the player is seen from the side, striking the ball with the inside of his foot, the other arm out so he does not lose his balance. The shirt is deliberately blank, so the colors are yours to choose: try a strong combination on top, contrasting shorts and socks, and two different greens for the grass.
